Copyright and License

Jurnal Absis: Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika dan Matematika respects authors' intellectual property rights and supports the responsible dissemination of scholarly research. Authors retain copyright to their published works, while the journal is granted the right of first publication. All articles are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).

1. Copyright Ownership

Authors who publish in Jurnal Absis retain copyright to their work. By publishing with the journal, authors grant Jurnal Absis the right of first publication and authorize the journal to publish and disseminate the article as part of its scholarly record. Copyright ownership is not transferred to the journal.

2. Creative Commons License

Published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). This license permits others to copy, share, redistribute, and adapt published material in any medium or format for non-commercial purposes, provided the applicable license conditions are followed.

• Attribution: Users must give appropriate credit to the original authors, acknowledge the initial publication in Jurnal Absis, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made.
• Non-commercial use: Material may not be used for commercial purposes without separate permission from the relevant copyright holder(s).
• Adaptation and redistribution: Users may share and adapt the work for non-commercial purposes in accordance with CC BY-NC 4.0.

3. Authors' Distribution and Archiving Rights

Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of their work, including depositing it in an institutional repository or including it in a book, provided that its initial publication in Jurnal Absis is clearly acknowledged and the applicable license conditions are respected.

Authors are encouraged to share their work through appropriate academic platforms during and after the publication process to support scholarly exchange and the visibility of their research.

4. Permissions and Reuse

No separate permission is required for reuse that complies with CC BY-NC 4.0. Requests for commercial reuse or uses outside the license terms should be addressed to the relevant copyright holder(s). When reusing an article, users should cite the original publication and its DOI, where available.
