Journal History

Riau Jurnal Teknik Informatika (RJTI) is published by the Informatics Engineering Study Program, Universitas Pasir Pengaraian. The journal was first published in 2022 (E-ISSN 2829-2529) as a medium for disseminating research and scholarly work in the field of computer science and technology, and it is published three times a year.

In 2025, RJTI was re-accredited at SINTA 5 (Peringkat 5) by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, under Decree No. 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025 dated 21 March 2025. The accreditation is valid from Vol. 2 No. 1 (2023) to Vol. 6 No. 2 (2027).

Beginning in 2026, the journal adopted an updated article template to improve the quality and consistency of published articles. All authors are required to use the latest template available on the journal website.
