Article Processing Charges (APC)

Riau Jurnal Teknik Informatika (RJTI) charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) for articles accepted for publication: IDR 450,000 for authors affiliated with institutions in Indonesia, or USD 30 for authors affiliated with institutions outside Indonesia. This charge has been in effect since Vol. 5 No. 1 (2026). The APC supports editorial administration, peer-review coordination, manuscript production, DOI registration, and online hosting.

Payment Terms

1. An accepted article will be scheduled for publication once the author has completed the required revisions within the given time and according to the reviewers' and editor's comments.
2. If the author does not respond to a request for revision, publication of the article will be postponed to a later issue.
3. An article will proceed to publication once the author has complied with the conditions above.

Payment is made only after a manuscript has been accepted. The journal publishes three times a year, in March, July, and November.
