PENGARUH PIJAT OXYTOSIN TERHADAP KELANCARAN ASI PADA IBU POST PARTUS : LITERATURE REVIEW

ASI yang tidak lancar merupakan masalah yang dialami oleh ibu menyusui. Ibu sering mengeluhkan puting susu lecet dan bayinya sering menangis, sehingga tidak memberikan ASI. Penyebab ketidaklancaran ASI salah satunya adalah menurunnya produksi ASI pada hari pertama setelah melahirkan dapat disebabkan kurangnya rangsangan hormon oksitosin dan prolaktin yang sangat berperan dalam kelancaran produksi ASI, untuk pengeluaran produksi ASI di butuhkan upaya non farmakologis berupa pijat oksitosin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pijat oksitosin terhadap kelancaran ASIHasil sekunder mencakup durasi menyusui.Beberapa data based digunakan sebagai pencariaan secara elektronik antara lain PubMed dan Google Scholar dari tahun 2020 sampai tahun 2025. Keyword yang digunakan adalah pijat oksitosin/Oxytocin massage, produksi air susu ibu/ Breast milk production. Berdasarkan 11 artikel yang ditinjau, seluruh penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pijat oksitosin memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kelancaran maupun peningkatan produksi ASI pada ibu post partum. Kesimpulan berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan adalah melakukan terapi pijat oksitosin dapat meningkatkan produksi ASI pada ibu post partum. Saran peneltiian ini adalah pelatihan dan edukasi kepada tenaga kesehatan maupun keluarga ibu menyusui tentang teknik pijat oksitosin perlu digalakkan agar intervensi ini dapat diterapkan secara luas sebagai upaya non-farmakologis dalam meningkatkan produksi ASI.
