Ownership and Management Information
Allegations of Research Misconduct
Submitted manuscripts must be scholarly articles that contribute to the advancement of knowledge and will undergo an evaluation process by reviewers before being considered for publication. Articles eligible for consideration include theoretical studies supported by a strong scientific foundation, innovative research, significant experimental results, and scholarly discussions or reviews that make a constructive contribution to the relevant field while meeting regional or international publication standards. The editorial board reserves the right to request manuscript revisions before making a final decision regarding publication. Each manuscript will be evaluated by two reviewers with expertise in the relevant field. The review process employs a double-blind peer review system, meaning the identities of both the author and the reviewer remain confidential throughout the evaluation. Consequently, information regarding the author's name and institutional affiliation must not appear in the manuscript document submitted for review. The evaluation results, along with the reviewers' feedback and recommendations, will be summarized and conveyed to the author to facilitate revisions. Manuscript submission entails a transfer of copyright in accordance with the journal's policy, while legal responsibility for the article's content and publication remains with the author. All manuscripts must adhere to the format and specifications set forth in the APTEK Word Template.

Mathematical equations may be created using MathCAD, MathWriter, the Microsoft Word Equation Editor, or other software that supports accurate equation presentation.
Acknowledgments and References
Acknowledgments, if necessary, should be brief and placed in a separate section before the reference list. All sources cited in the article must be included in the reference list and arranged according to their order of appearance in the text. Each reference is numbered sequentially, and citation numbers are enclosed in square brackets or parentheses, in accordance with the journal's citation format. Authors must use a consistent numbering system throughout the manuscript.
