Abstract

Sektor transportasi dan logistik mengalami transformasi digital yang mendorong adopsi teknologi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) untuk optimasi rute pengiriman. PT Pos Indonesia, khususnya Kantor Pos Wlingi, menghadapi tantangan penentuan rute manual yang menyebabkan inefisiensi operasional dengan cakupan wilayah 66,36 km² dan volume pengiriman 50 barang per hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi geografis berbasis algoritma Ant Colony Optimization untuk menentukan rute pengiriman barang optimal di Kantor Pos Wlingi. Metode penelitian menggunakan Research and Development dengan model Rapid Application Development melalui empat tahap: Requirements Planning, User Design, Construction, dan Cutover. Populasi meliputi stakeholder Kantor Pos Wlingi dengan sampel tiga responden menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa observasi terstruktur, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan kuesioner skala Likert, dianalisis menggunakan triangulasi dan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan algoritma ACO menghasilkan rute 34,77 km dengan waktu 70 menit, lebih efisien dibanding rute manual 40,2 km dalam 74 menit, dengan penghematan jarak 13,5% dan waktu 5,4%. Pengujian fungsionalitas mencapai keberhasilan 100% dan penerimaan pengguna 84,16% kategori sangat valid. Sistem ini terbukti efektif mengoptimalkan distribusi barang dan mendukung transformasi digital operasional kantor pos.
