The Journal of Juridische Analyse is published with the aim of providing a scholarly platform for researchers, academics, conference presenters, and practitioners to disseminate scientific articles, innovative ideas, seminar proceedings, and conceptual studies in the field of law. The journal welcomes contributions related to Criminal Law, Civil Law, International Law, Constitutional Law, and other relevant areas of legal studies.

The Journal of Juridische Analyse is published twice a year, in April and September. The opinions, arguments, and findings expressed in each published article are solely those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views or policies of the Editorial Board.
