Starting in 2026, articles published in JEE (Journal of English Education) will be subject to an Article Processing Charge (APC) only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

Submission Fee: USD 0.00

Authors are required to pay a one-time APC to cover the costs associated with the publication process, including the administration and management of peer review, maintenance of the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, professional production of articles in PDF and other formats, and the dissemination of published papers across various platforms and indexing services.

Please note that authors may choose to make an advance payment; however, this does not guarantee the acceptance of the manuscript. There are no submission fees, no charges for rejected manuscripts, and no additional fees based on article length, number of figures, or supplementary materials.
