Abstract

Ekonomi perilaku semakin diakui sebagai pendekatan yang relevan dalam pengambilan keputusan manajerial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi perilaku dalam keputusan manajerial di berbagai sektor, termasuk kesehatan, bisnis, dan kebijakan publik. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur sistematis (SLR) dengan mengumpulkan artikel dari database Scopus antara tahun 2021 hingga 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik nudging dan teori prospek terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi dalam program-program kesehatan dan sosial. Selain itu, penerapan strategi komunikasi yang jelas dan berbasis bukti meningkatkan keterlibatan stakeholders, terutama dalam situasi krisis. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa pemimpin dan pengelola perlu mempertimbangkan faktor psikologis, seperti ketakutan dan kepercayaan, dalam merancang kebijakan dan program untuk memastikan keberhasilan implementasinya. Secara keseluruhan, pendekatan ekonomi perilaku oleh manajer untuk merancang strategi yang lebih adaptif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan serta dinamika stakeholder. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti tantangan dalam mengukur dampak kebijakan berbasis ekonomi perilaku dan mendorong pengembangan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengeksplorasi metodologi yang lebih komprehensif.
