Abstract

Penggunaan Financial Technology (FinTech) dalam pengambilan keputusan keuangan perusahaan telah berkembang pesat seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi digital. FinTech menawarkan solusi efisien dalam berbagai aspek keuangan, seperti pembayaran digital, investasi online, dan manajemen risiko. Namun, mengadopsi teknologi ini, masih terdapat tantangan terkait dengan literasi keuangan digital, keamanan data, dan kerumitan teknologi yang perlu diatasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh FinTech terhadap pengambilan keputusan keuangan, dengan fokus pada manfaat, tantangan, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi teknologi. Menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR), penelitian ini mengkaji artikel-artikel terkait adopsi FinTech dalam pengelolaan keuangan, serta tantangan dan implikasi manajerial yang terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adopsi FinTech membawa banyak manfaat dalam hal efisiensi operasional, penghematan biaya, dan transparansi. Namun, juga dihadapkan pada tantangan terkait dengan perlindungan data pribadi, keandalan teknologi, serta kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital di kalangan manajer keuangan. Oleh karena itu, perlu mengembangkan kebijakan pengelolaan risiko yang lebih baik, meningkatkan pelatihan literasi keuangan digital, dan memastikan keamanan data yang lebih baik dalam menggunakan aplikasi FinTech. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat merancang strategi FinTech yang lebih efektif dan aplikatif, serta mengidentifikasi area-area yang membutuhkan perhatian lebih dalam implementasi FinTech untuk pengambilan keputusan keuangan yang lebih optimal.
