Charges must be approved and disclosed before they are applied.

JPSE will publish complete information about submission charges, article processing charges, waivers, and payment timing only after formal editorial approval.

Draft — not yet an operative fee policy

No submission fee, article processing charge, waiver scheme, or payment schedule has been formally published in the journal configuration. This status must not be interpreted as a declaration that publication is free.

Information still requiring approval

  • Whether JPSE charges authors at submission, acceptance, or publication.
  • The amount and currency of any charge.
  • Eligibility and procedure for waivers or reductions.
  • The official payment channel and responsible institutional unit.
Authors should not make payments to personal accounts or unofficial channels. A final policy should be approved before any fee is requested.
