Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  sikap, motivasi, dan sosial media berpengaruh terhadap niat berwirausaha pada generasi milenial  Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Indonesia saat ini menghadapi era Revolusi Industri 4.0 yang membutuhkan persiapan banyak faktor, termasuk pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM). Pengembangan SDM juga mencakup generasi milenial yang diharapkan menjadi salah satu pilar dalam membawa Indonesia sukses dalam persaingan global. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan disains penelitian korelasi. Sampel penelitian adalah generasi milenial Kabupaten Rokan Hulu berjumlah 100 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik random sampling. Instrumen utama dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 24. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan,  maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa sikap, motivasi dan media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin baik sikap, motivasi generasi milenial, dan penggunaan media sosial maka  secara besar niat untuk berwirausaha.
