ANALISIS USAHA PENGGILINGAN PADI DI DESA KUALA LEMANG KECAMATAN KERITANG KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HILIR

Abstract

Rice is a raw material for food to produce rice, which is a staple food for most of the Indonesian population. Especially the residents of Indragiri Hilir (Inhil) district. One of the rice production centers in Inhil district is in Kuala Lemang village, because the lack of rice farmers in the village causes a lack of grain volume in rice milling, this is why researchers are interested in analyzing the rice milling business in the village. Research objectives (1). Find out how much the cost and profit of the rice milling business in Kuala Lemang Village, (2). Find out how much the efficiency of the rice milling business in Kuala Lemang Village is. The methods used in this study are quantitative and descriptive, data collection is carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling. The results of the study show that the cost incurred by the rice milling business in Kuala Lemang village is Rp. 6,798,998/production with a net profit of Rp. 937,669/production and an efficiency value of 1.14/production. Conclusion (1). The production of the rice milling business in Kuala Lemang village is 550 Kg of Rice and 230 Kg of Bran and 51 kg of grain with an average gross income of Rp. 7,736,667 per production and the net income of the rice milling business in Kuala Lemang village of Rp. 937,669 per production. Meanwhile, the average Family Working Income is Rp. 1,046,667 per production. (2) R/C Value The ratio of rice milling business in Kuala Lemang village is 1.14 which means that every rice milling business spends Rp. 1, then business actors will get revenue of Rp. 1.14 and profits of 0.33. From this analysis, it shows that the cost is smaller than the average receipt, so the milling business is worth continuing.
