Abstract

Digitalisasi lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis saat ini, telah menjadikan Supply Chain Management menjadi langkah strategis utama untuk mengatasi ketidaksabilan pasar, menangani tekanan kompetititf dan memperbaiki kinerja operasional dan organisasi. Supply Chain Management juga memberikan kontribusi dalam akuntansi manajemen dengan cara mengoptimalkan pengelolaan persediaan dan mengurangi persediaan seperti biaya pergudangan dan transportasi. Selain itu, Supply Chain Management juga memiliki hubungan antara dimensi dan kinerja operasional yang terkait dengan efektivitas biaya, fleksibilitas dan kualitas. Sehingga Tata kelola letak rantai jaringan operasi diperlukan untuk pilihan lokasi gudang, pusat distribusi dan fasilitas manufaktur, sumber daya manusia dapat dipahami sebagai manajemen untuk pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan manajemen pengetahun melalui pelatihan dan keamanan sebagai bentuk masalah yang dapat dipahami dengan teknologi informasi untuk keamanan data. Melalui Digitalisasi pengadaan analitik data dan kematangan proses digital membutuhkan pembagian informasi yang efektif dan pengadaan melalui digitalisasi juga meningkatkan kapasitas pemprosesan informasi dan menggurangi ketidakpastian dalam supply chain Hasil yang diperoleh dengan menerapkan Digitalisasi Supply Chain Management terbukti Kemampuan bisnis yang digerakkan secara digital dan diseralaskan dengan tata kelola supply chain dapat meningkatkan ketahanan Supply Chain Management.
